Our referral process is that your GP or referring provider will send a referral that our Cardiologists will review to determine the appointments you require. Our staff will then contact you on the number provided to arrange an appointment.

What to Bring
For all appointments at our practice, we request that you bring the following:
- Current referral letter
- Current list of medications
- Medicare card
- Private health insurance details
Fees
The fees for your appointments will vary depending on what type of appointment you require. Our staff will inform you of the relevant fees and Medicare rebates at the time of booking your appointment.
